Starve.io
Game info
Starve.io allows you to plunge into the harsh world of survival, solving the tasks of replenishing many resources at the same time. All this will have to be done on a large-scale map with other players, who are no less dangerous than the various monsters inhabiting the territory.
However, the players will not always be perceived as enemies, as you can team up with them to solve complex tasks like the joint destruction of dangerous mobs. The latter is necessary to obtain valuable resources, which are very difficult or impossible to obtain otherwise.
Gameplay
The main difference between Starve.io and other games in this genre is the need to keep an eye on several types of resources at once. Players experience hunger, suffer from lack of heat, and also have to keep an eye on oxygen and other parameters. Many of these resources diminish on their own, and starving a character starts pretty soon. So, just sitting still won't work here.
The second important gameplay advantage is the ability to craft various items to organize your shelter. This makes the game similar to the well-known Minecraft, although visually, both projects, of course, are quite different.
The game map is divided into a lot of biomes, which are very different from each other conditions, containing different resources and inhabited by various monsters. Some resources are quite rare, and to obtain them, you will have to either kill strong creatures or perform other non-trivial tasks. On the basis of the obtained resources, you can get unique tools, as well as valuable bonuses, which will greatly increase your chances of survival.
The game provides several modes at once: normal, legacy, vampires, zombies, communities, and a special experimental mode. Each of them has its own gameplay advantages and can be selected before starting the game on the nickname input screen. You can also pick up a server there, choosing from dozens of options. In general, the game is free, does not require downloading, and also works quite fast on a variety of devices.
The graphics in Starve.io are standard for IO-genre projects. The player is offered a view from the top and a very schematic designation of all objects. But at the same time, the picture pleases with high resolution and, in general, is pleasant for the eye.
