At a time when most developers are making another clone of Agar.io and Snakes, the creators of Wings.io took the general concept of the genre and applied it to a completely different setting. As a result, we got one of the most dynamic and exciting games that we want to return to repeatedly.
The project is still available only in browsers and has not been released on mobile devices. So, we can confidently say that the peak of the game's popularity is still ahead of us.
About the game
The main difference between Wings.io and other games of the genre is the incredible dynamics of the game. The player is immediately thrown into the thick of an endless air battle, where a traitorous bullet or missile can fly into the board in the first second.
All combat is done in a section of the sky beyond which you can't fly. Below is the sea on which the warships are floating. The player can also try to throw bombs or damage them with a cannon during the dive. To do this is very difficult, as the lives of warships are very much.
But still, the main air battle unfolds in the sky, where a large number of continuously shooting players are flying. In the beginning, the airplane is armed with only a small cannon to get from which the opponent is very difficult. Luckily, there will probably be a slowly descending cargo on a parachute nearby. By picking up this cargo, you can get more powerful weapons and other advantages.
However, the battles are so fierce that you may not even get to the cargo. In general, the average lifetime is only a few seconds. Fortunately, after death, the player can immediately re-enter the battle.
The graphics are both simple and elaborate. Planes are different, and the explosions are quite colorful. Control in the game is also quite simple and is done only with the mouse.
